College Knowledge Foundation (CKF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering high school students—particularly first-generation, low-income, and minority students, as well as veterans, adult learners, and foster youth—by providing the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed in their college journey. Through our comprehensive sessions and personalized services, we bridge the gap between high school and college so every student, regardless of background, can achieve their educational goals.
Position Description
As a Student Ambassador Program Coordinator Intern at College Knowledge Foundation, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, growth, and management of CKF’s national high school student ambassador program. You’ll help recruit, onboard, and engage high school ambassadors while organizing meaningful activities and leadership opportunities for them throughout the year. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth leadership development, enjoys coordinating programs, and wants to play a key role in helping students become advocates for higher education in their schools and communities.
Responsibilities
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding high school students into the ambassador program
• Communicate with ambassadors regularly through email, group messages, and virtual check-ins
• Plan and coordinate monthly ambassador challenges, leadership spotlights, and engagement initiatives
• Organize digital resources and toolkits that ambassadors can use to promote CKF in their schools
• Track ambassador participation, involvement, and milestones
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the ambassador program and spotlight student voices
• Help maintain ambassador interest form, applications, and program documents
• Support in planning ambassador orientation and training sessions
• Gather feedback and ideas from ambassadors to enhance the program experience

Hours
The weekly time commitment is negotiable and flexible. Most team meetings occur in the late afternoon Eastern Time to accommodate members’ full-time jobs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Passion for youth engagement, leadership, and education access
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using platforms like Google Drive, Zoom, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience working with or mentoring high school students is a plus
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan engaging student-centered initiatives
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
