College Knowledge Foundation (CKF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering high school students—particularly first-generation, low-income, and minority students, as well as veterans, adult learners, and foster youth—by providing the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed in their college journey. Through our comprehensive sessions and personalized services, we bridge the gap between high school and college so every student, regardless of background, can achieve their educational goals.
Position Description
As a Project Management Intern at College Knowledge Foundation, you will help lead a variety of projects from idea phase to execution. Whether it’s launching a new initiative, coordinating a team effort, or improving an internal process, you will help organize, plan, and move projects forward from start to finish. Working closely with the Operations Team Lead and collaborating with members of the Marketing and Development Teams, you’ll take ownership of timelines, task tracking, communication, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ideas, thrives in collaborative environments, and wants to turn plans into meaningful results.
Responsibilities
• Develop clear, actionable project plans that break down complex tasks into timelines, deliverables, and roles across teams
• Lead assigned projects from start to finish, helping ideas transition into well-executed and measurable outcomes
• Track project progress using tools like ClickUp or Google Sheets, updating task statuses, and communicating needs to keep timelines on track
• Facilitate and participate in regular check-ins with internal teams to ensure alignment, identify roadblocks, and celebrate milestones
• Maintain documentation for each project including outlines, process guides, and end-of-project reflections or recommendations
• Create and share professional updates and reports with CKF leadership to communicate project status and impact
• Collaborate with the outreach or marketing team on projects that require external communication, partnerships, or promotion

Hours
The weekly time commitment is negotiable and flexible. Most team meetings occur in the late afternoon Eastern Time to accommodate members’ full-time jobs.
