College Knowledge Foundation (CKF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering high school students—particularly first-generation, low-income, and minority students, as well as veterans, adult learners, and foster youth—by providing the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed in their college journey. Through our comprehensive sessions and personalized services, we bridge the gap between high school and college so every student, regardless of background, can achieve their educational goals.
Position Description
As an Impact Reporting and Data Intern at College Knowledge Foundation, you will help track and communicate the measurable outcomes of our programs, sessions, and services. Your work will support both internal and external reporting needs—ranging from grant applications to donor updates and social media highlights. You will collect, organize, and present data that tells the story of CKF’s impact in clear, meaningful ways. This role is ideal for someone interested in data analysis, impact evaluation, nonprofit storytelling, or strategic communications.
Responsibilities
• Gather and organize data on sessions delivered, students reached, demographics served, and program outcomes
• Collaborate with the Development and Business Operations teams to collect and validate relevant metrics
• Assist in building visual reports, graphs, and infographics to share with donors, partners, and funders
• Support the grant writing and fundraising teams by providing up-to-date impact data
• Maintain a central dashboard or reporting spreadsheet for internal use
• Help write short impact summaries or snapshots for newsletters and campaigns
• Track trends and patterns in participation or program growth
• Contribute to identifying new ways to measure and communicate CKF’s effectiveness

Hours
The weekly time commitment is negotiable and flexible. Most team meetings occur in the late afternoon Eastern Time to accommodate members’ full-time jobs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Interest in data collection, reporting, or impact evaluation
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, charts, and basic data visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret numbers and translate them into accessible language or visuals
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to support multiple team functions
• Experience with Google Sheets, Canva, Excel, or other reporting tools is a plus
