I am currently an Operations & Data Insights Intern at the College Knowledge Foundation. In this role, I support data analysis, process documentation, and onboarding initiatives to strengthen HR operations.

CKF interests me because of its mission to empower students with the tools and knowledge to navigate their educational and career journeys, which aligns with my passion for workforce development and data‑driven practices. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly support student success while growing my own expertise.

One of my main goals at CKF is to build a comprehensive performance dashboard that consolidates event and performance data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. This will help the team track progress more effectively and support decision‑making across initiatives.
